Residential Cleaning

(Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly)

* For a standard sized house around 2,000 sq ft anywhere from 2-4 hours*

 

* Dusting: wiping down surfaces, and electronics to remove dust and allergen

*Vacuuming and mopping 

* Kitchen Cleaning- Cleaning counter tops, sinks, appliances (outside), wiping down cabinet exteriors, and cleaning the stovetop

Trash Removal- Emptying trash bins and replacing liners

*Bathroom Cleaning- Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, sinks, showers bathtubs

*Bedroom Cleaning- Tidying up surfaces,

*Surface Disinfection- Using appropriate cleaning agents to sanitize high touch surfaces like doorknobs, , and countertops

* Window cleaning- Cleaning windowsills, wiping down glass surfaces, and removing smudges 

*Interior glass cleaning- Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces throughout the home

Appliance Cleaning- Cleaning exterior of appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves and ovens

*Possibly up to 6 hours or more, depending on size*

Appliance Cleaning- Cleaning exterior of appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves and ovens

Move In/Move Out Cleaning

* Anywhere from 4 to 8 hours, depending on size *

 

*Dusting and wiping down all surfaces including baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans, & window sills

*Vacuuming and mopping floors, including carpets, hardwood, and tile

*Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including scrubbing toilets, sinks showers, and tubs

* Wiping down kitchen appliances, countertops, cabinets, and backsplashes

*Cleaning interior windows and mirrors

*Disinfecting high-touch surfaces like light switches, door handles, and knobs

*Removing trash and debris

*Optionally, steam cleaning carpets

Vacation Rental Cleaning

(Cleaning services for Airbnb properties, vacation rentals, and short-term rental properties)

*Depending on size 6 to 8 hours*

*General Cleaning; dusting and wiping down all surfaces, including furniture, countertops, tables and shelves

*Bedroom Cleaning: Changing bed linens, making beds, and ensuring that mattresses and pillows are fresh and clean.

*Bathroom Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, and countertops. Restocking toilet paper, towels, and toiletries as needed. 

*Kitchen Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen countertops, sinks, appliances, and cabinets. Washing dishes, if necessary, and restocking kitchen essentials like dish soap and garbage bags. 

*Floor Cleaning: Sweeping, vaccuming, and mopping floors throughout the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas

*Trash Removal: Emptying all trash bins and replacing trash bags.

*Laundry: Washing and drying used towels, linens, and any other laundry items from the previous guests.

*Special Touches: Adding personal touches such as fresh flowers, welcome baskets, or informational pamphlets about local attractions to enhance guest experiences (provided by host)
